Bluewave Auto Sales – Disclosure & Warranty Information
• Vehicles sold AS-IS are final sale and may not be roadworthy. These vehicles do not meet Ontario safety standards at the time of sale. The buyer is responsible for all repairs required and for obtaining a Safety Standards Certificate before the vehicle can be plated or driven.
• Vehicles sold with 200,000 km or more are sold without dealer warranty, regardless of whether the vehicle is advertised as Certified or AS-IS.
• Vehicles priced below $4,000.00 (before HST) are sold without dealer warranty, regardless of certification status.
• Vehicles priced at $4,001.00 or more (before HST) include a 2-week limited dealer warranty, effective from the date of vehicle pick-up, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Optional extended warranty coverage may be available through a third-party provider (Lubrico Warranty) at the buyer’s expense. Pricing starts at $499.00 + HST, subject to vehicle eligibility and warranty terms.
